學生因故無法繼續就學而離校，依其申請離校日期為註冊日、上課（開學）日前後及其上課日數，按比率辦理退費。

Students who are unable to continue studying and leave school due to some reasons shall be refunded by ratio depending on the application date of school departure on the enrollment day, before/after class (semester) start, or the number of class days.

Sinh viên không thể tiếp tục học tập và phải thôi học vì một số lý do sẽ được hoàn trả học phí theo tỷ lệ dựa trên ngày nộp đơn thôi học, trước hoặc sau ngày nhập học/ngày bắt đầu học kỳ và số ngày đã học.

• 註冊日（包括當日）前申請休退學者：免繳費，已收費者，全額退費。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal before the enrollment date (inclusive), no fees will be charged. All collected fees will be refunded in full.

Đối với sinh viên xin tạm nghỉ hoặc thôi học trước ngày nhập học (bao gồm cả ngày nhập học), sẽ không phải đóng phí và các khoản phí đã nộp sẽ được hoàn trả toàn bộ.

• 於註冊日之次日起至上課（開學）日之前一日申請休、退學者：學費退還三分之二，雜費全部退還。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal between the day after enrollment date and the day before start of class/semester, two-thirds of tuition fees will be refunded and miscellaneous fees will be refunded in full.

Đối với sinh viên xin tạm nghỉ hoặc thôi học từ ngày sau ngày nhập học đến trước một ngày khai giảng, sẽ được hoàn lại hai phần ba học phí và hoàn trả toàn bộ tạp phí.

• 於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後而未逾學期三分之一申請休、退學者：學費、雜費退還三分之二。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal from the first day of class/semester until less than one-third of the semester, two-thirds of tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.

Đối với sinh viên xin tạm nghỉ hoặc thôi học từ ngày bắt đầu học kỳ (bao gồm cả ngày đó) đến trước khi vượt quá một phần ba thời gian học kỳ, sẽ được hoàn lại hai phần ba học phí và tạp phí.

• 於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後逾學期三分之一，而未逾學期三分之二申請休、退學者：學費、雜費退還三分之一。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal from one-third of the semester until less than two-thirds of the semester, one-third of tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.

Đối với sinh viên xin tạm nghỉ hoặc thôi học sau khi đã vượt quá một phần ba học kỳ nhưng chưa vượt quá hai phần ba học kỳ, sẽ được hoàn lại một phần ba học phí và tạp phí.
