學生因故無法繼續就學而離校，依其申請離校日期為註冊日、上課（開學）日前後及其上課日數，按比率辦理退費。

Students who are unable to continue studying and leave school due to some reasons shall be refunded by ratio depending on the application date of school departure on the enrollment day, before/after class (semester) start, or the number of class days.

Nếu sinh viên không thể tiếp tục theo học vì một lý do nào đó và phải thôi học, việc hoàn trả phí sẽ được thực hiện theo tỷ lệ dựa trên ngày xin thôi học là thời điểm trước hoặc sau ngày đăng ký nhập học, ngày vào học (khai giảng) và số ngày đã lên lớp thực tế.

• 註冊日（包括當日）前申請休退學者：免繳費，已收費者，全額退費。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal before the enrollment date (inclusive), no fees will be charged. All collected fees will be refunded in full.

Sinh viên nộp đơn xin bảo lưu hoặc thôi học trước ngày làm thủ tục nhập học (tính cả ngày làm thủ tục nhập học): không cần đóng phí, những người đã đóng sẽ được hoàn trả toàn bộ.

• 於註冊日之次日起至上課（開學）日之前一日申請休、退學者：學費退還三分之二，雜費全部退還。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal between the day after enrollment date and the day before start of class/semester, two-thirds of tuition fees will be refunded and miscellaneous fees will be refunded in full.

Sinh viên xin bảo lưu hoặc thôi học tính từ khi sau một ngày đăng ký thủ tục nhập học đến trước một ngày bắt đầu vào học (khai giảng): sẽ được hoàn lại 2/3 học phí và hoàn lại toàn bộ số tiền tạp phí.

• 於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後而未逾學期三分之一申請休、退學者：學費、雜費退還三分之二。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal from the first day of class/semester until less than one-third of the semester, two-thirds of tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.

Những sinh viên xin bảo lưu hoặc thôi học sau ngày bắt đầu vào học (khai giảng) (bao gồm ngày hôm đấy) nhưng chưa quá 1/3 học kỳ: sẽ được hoàn trả 2/3 học phí và các khoản phí khác.

• 於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後逾學期三分之一，而未逾學期三分之二申請休、退學者：學費、雜費退還三分之一。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal from one-third of the semester until less than two-thirds of the semester, one-third of tuition and miscellaneous fees will be refunded.

Sinh viên xin bảo lưu hoặc thôi học quá 1/3 học kỳ sau ngày bắt đầu vào học (khai giảng) (bao gồm ngày hôm đấy) nhưng ít hơn 2/3 học kỳ sẽ được hoàn trả 1/3 học phí và tạp phí.

• 於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後逾學期三分之二申請休、退學者 所繳學費、雜費，不予退還。

For students applying for suspension or withdrawal after two-thirds of the semester, no tuition and miscellaneous fees shall be refunded.
