By Friday, July 10, 2026 (Fall Semester) / Friday, November 06, 2026 (Spring Semester), applicants are required to submit the following documents to the International Foundation Program, Yu Da University of Science and Technology. The Address is: No. 168, Hsueh-fu Rd., Tan-wen Village, Chao-chiao Township, Miao-li County, 36143 Taiwan (R. O. C.)
Học sinh nộp Hồ sơ đăng ký cần kèm theo những giấy tờ sau, gửi hồ sơ về trường trước thứ sáu 10/07/2026 cho Kỳ mùa Thu; trước thứ sáu 06/11/2026 cho Kỳ mùa Xuân.

Application form：1 passport-size photo (about 3.5cm × 4.5cm) one of them must be attached to the application form.
Đơn xin đăng ký nhập học, 1 ảnh 2 inch (ảnh hộ chiếu), 1 ảnh dán trên đơn đăng ký.
Applicants shall submit the graduation certificates of their senior high school and highest academic qualification, together with the academic transcripts of all semesters. Documents issued by overseas Taiwanese schools are exempt from verification; all other documents shall comply with the Ministry of Education’s Regulations Regarding the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials for Institutions of Higher Education.
