Article 9

Students of the University are required to complete registration procedures within the designated registration period each semester. Freshmen and transfer students who fail to complete registration within the prescribed period shall have their admission revoked, except for those who have been approved for deferred enrollment or granted leave due to illness or other special circumstances. Students from the second semester onward who fail to complete registration shall be dismissed from the University.

For international students enrolling at the University, freshmen are required to obtain medical and accident insurance coverage from the date of entry into Taiwan until the completion of six months of residence. Students must submit relevant insurance certificates, such as National Health Insurance and other supporting documents, to complete the registration process.

If the insurance certificates and related documents are issued abroad, they must be authenticated by a Taipei Economic and Cultural Office overseas. International students who fail to complete registration within the prescribed period shall be handled in accordance with the provisions stated above.

📄 前項保險證明及其他應檢附之文件，如為國外所核發者，應經駐外館處驗證。

⚠️ 境外生逾期未完成註冊者，依第一項規定辦理。

Điều 9

Sinh viên của trường được yêu cầu hoàn thành quá trình đăng ký trong thời gian đăng ký được chỉ định trong mỗi học kỳ. Đối với những người chưa hoàn thành đăng ký trong thời hạn của sinh viên năm nhất và sinh viên chuyển trường sẽ mất tư cách nhập học (ngoại trừ những người đã được nhận vào trường hoặc những người được phép nghỉ vì bệnh và các tai nạn đặc biệt khác). Những sinh viên đang theo học từ kỳ 2 trở lên sẽ được nhận giấy báo thôi học.

Đối với sinh viên nước ngoài đăng ký nhập học, tân sinh viên cần mua bảo hiểm y tế và chấn thương bắt đầu từ ngày nhập cảnh đến hết sáu tháng. Sinh viên sẽ được kèm theo giấy chứng nhận bảo hiểm có liên quan như bảo hiểm y tế toàn dân và các tài liệu khác được đính kèm để hoàn tất quá trình đăng ký.

Bảo hiểm và các giấy tờ liên quan nếu do nước ngoài cấp, cần được chứng thực tại văn phòng kinh tế Đài Bắc. Nếu du học sinh không hoàn thành việc đăng ký trong thời hạn, sẽ được xử lý theo quy định đầu tiên.
