According to Article 4, Paragraph 14 of the Regulations for International Foundation Program Students, Chinese preparatory students shall be ordered to withdraw (expelled) under any of the following circumstances during their study period:

• Failure to complete registration by the deadline.。
• Accumulating a total of 90 hours of absences (including unexcused absences) during the study period.
• Expulsion decided by the University's Student Incentives and Discipline Committee.

⚠️ According to regulations, individuals applying to study Chinese in the International Foundation Program in Taiwan are limited to one opportunity only. Therefore, students in the preparatory period can only be processed through expulsion (withdrawal) if they fail to meet requirements.

According to Article 35 of the Yu Da University of Science and Technology Academic Regulations, students of the university shall be ordered to take a leave of absence (suspension) under any of the following circumstances:：

• From the start of classes, the total hours of leave (excluding official leave) and unexcused absences reach one-third of the total scheduled teaching hours for the semester.。
• Failure to return to school after the expiration of a leave of absence.
• ⚖️ A decision made by the University's Student Incentives and Discipline Committee requiring the student to take a leave of absence.

Before taking the aforementioned actions, the University shall notify the individual in writing and provide a deadline for them to state their case.

依據育達科技大學學則第三十五條規定，本校學生有下列情形之一者，應予勒令休學：

• 自上課日起，因請假(不含公假)及曠課時數達學期授課總時數三分之一者。
• 休學逾期未復學者。
• 經本校學生獎懲委員會議決議必須辦理休學者。

本校做成前項處分前，應以書面通知當事人，限期陳述意見。

• Bị Hội đồng khen thưởng kỷ luật sinh viên của trường quyết định cho thôi học.

⚠️ Theo quy định mỗi bạn nhập học theo hệ 1+4 chỉ được 1 lần duy nhất. Vì thế trong thời gian năm đầu học tiếng trung, sinh viên chỉ được chọn phương thức thôi học và không được bảo lưu.

🟩🟨🟩hệ vừa học vừa làm🟩🟨🟩

Theo Quy định Điều 35 trong Nội quy học tập của Đại học Khoa học Kỹ thuật Dục Đạt, sinh viên thuộc một trong những trường hợp sau đây sẽ buộc đình chỉ học tập:

• Kể từ ngày đến lớp, nghỉ có phép (không kể ngày nghỉ lễ) và không phép vượt quá một phần ba tổng số giờ học.
• Không quay lại trường khi việc bảo lưu học tập đã quá hạn.
• Thông qua cuộc họp Hội đồng thưởng phạt sinh viên khi đưa ra quyết định đình chỉ đối với sinh viên.

Trước khi đưa ra các quyết định trên, nhà trường sẽ thông báo bằng văn bản và chờ ý kiến của đương sự trong một thời hạn nhất định.
